Weight loss hypnotherapy

One of the key reasons for “weight loss” programmes and diets are hard to maintain is that the person feels that they are missing out on something. Feeling deprived is not a great motivation strategy.

Hypnotherapy works with your unconscious mind to give you the motivation you may have been lacking. You may be losing weight, but you will be gaining so much more confidence and control.

There are many reasons why people may put on weight, and a properly trained hypnotherapist will be able to work with the individual to bring about changes in eating and activity habits in order to bring weight under control.
